Finalize sales deck and website with demo booking
Set pricing tiers (e.g. monthly/annual/user plans)
Start outreach to waitlisted and pilot candidates
Engage potential partners (e.g. portals, training firms)
Phase 4: Growth & Expansion
Ramp up sales using testimonials and refined messaging
Launch content marketing + targeted ads
Attend industry events (e.g. Cityscape, IPS)
Expand to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and eventually KSA
