The funds will enable us to finalize MVP development, integrate core features, onboard pilot clients, and build a strong go-to-market foundation. With a lean cost structure and scalable revenue model, we project break-even in Year 1 and long-term profitability beyond. We are offering 20% equity for an investment of AED 700,000.
